Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to us.

If a bottle is corked or damaged, we will gladly replace or send you a new one on your next shipment.

For subscribers, if you do not inform us by the first of the month of any changes to your shipments (pauses, holds, different address, etc.) we will be unable to make any changes or process a refund if anything is incorrect past that 1st of the month.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, as aforementioned corked bottles or damaged bottles. If you need to let us know of any bottle issues send us an email at vinos.pinguinos@gmail.com.
