Delivery & Shipping Policies

At this time, you must have a Washington, Oregon, or California state address to receive Vinos Pingüinos releases and wines in shipments, but our delivery zone is within the greater Seattle area, as far as Burien/Renton, Lynnwood/Edmonds, and Mercer Island.

Delivery is free within a defined area of central Seattle, based on zip code, but more or less breaks down as follows: South of the Ship Canal, North of the West Seattle Bridge, East of Interbay/W Seattle. Flat rates apply outside the free-area, depending on your order, as follows:

• Single Waddle or Raft Subscription: $20

• Yearly Waddle or Raft Subscription: $100

• Bundle or Chick delivery: $5

• $2 per bottle from the shop or $20, whichever is less

Shipments of wine outside our delivery area in Washington State are a flat rate of $25 for single or recurring orders/subscriptions, or 3-12 bottles. (3 bottle minimum for Shipping).

Shipments of wine to Oregon are a flat rate of $30 for single or recurring orders/subscriptions, or 3-12 bottles. (3 bottle minimum for Shipping).

Shipments of wine to California are a flat rate of $35 for single or recurring orders/subscriptions, or 3-12 bottles. (3 bottle minimum for Shipping).

Deliveries and shipments for subscriptions are made with each release, bimonthly. All other orders will be delivered on a case by case basis, please let us know if your order is time-sensitive. We will keep an eye on temperatures locally, to ensure your wine, a perishable product, will remain sound during the journey. If heat is an issue we will delay your shipment.

Customers will be contacted by email in advance to ensure you will be available to receive your shipment. ID checks will be made at that time. You must be at least 21 years old to receive wine from us.

Pick-ups can be arranged on a case by case basis, but this must be coordinated in advance. Contact us to arrange a pick-up, or put in your Order Notes.
