Partners in love & wine Mireia Taribo and wife Tara Gomez started Camins 2 Dreams in 2017, sourcing fruit from the Sta. Rita Hills. This gorgeous Syrah is a blend of three clones, all picked separately for optimal ripeness. resulting in a medium-bodied, structured dry red that sees 20% whole cluster fermentation. The wine spends 9 months in neutral French barrels prior to bottling. It has black fruit, earth, and spice aromas. Pair with venison in blackberry sauce.

The Story: A team of two winemakers, wife and wife, whose paths first crossed in 2006 through our work in the wine industry. Their friendship grew through wine and travels, which also sparked their love. Their journey of friendship, love, and wine now continues together with our dream winery, Camins 2 Dreams, with the philosophy that ‘wine is made in the vineyard’ and a desire to ‘showcase the typicity of each site where the grapes come from’

Personality: On the nose, lozenge, boiled sweets, and pie sing along with sage and a touch of smoke. The fruit continues on a palate of luxurious weight and density and soul warming alcohol, rounded out by silky tannins and snappy acidity.

Harmony: Lamb Kofta with garlic-roasted sweet baby broccoli.
