Albariño, 2022

This is a great example of a modern winery still doing things “the right way.” Eidosela was born in 2003 when a group of enterprising winegrowers decided to put into action their vision for a winery that gives back to the community melding technology with tradition. The result is a thoughtfully made albariño from the heart of Rias Baixas. This is maritime wine - fresh, juicy, and vibrant, and killer with seafood tapas.

The Story: Bodegas Eidosela was born in January 2003 when a group of enterprising winegrowers decided to give shape to the idea of creating their own winery co-op which provides services and support to producers in the area. Bodegas Eidosela both embraces new technologies and sustainability while representing the most deep-rooted tradition of Condado do Tea, one of the historical sub-areas in Rias Biaxas. Their singular Albariño wine charms you with its freshness, its fruity bouquet and its subtle nuances.

Personality: Crisp and salty with fragrant notes of peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and lemon zest. Intense but well integrated acidity. Atlantic ocean vibes to the max.

Harmony: Pair it with shellfish that are the standard Galician diet, or left over Chile Relleno.
