The Story: Polycutlural farming has been foundational to the family philosophy since before Jean Delobre founded Ferme des Sept Lunes on this hilltop farm in the Saint Joseph village of Bogy. While the fruit trees remain, today the traditional Northern Rhône varieties of Syrah, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier, along with a bit of Gamay are farmed organically across a patchwork of vineyards ranging in vine age and composition, all on a bedrock of granite. In 2017, Jean entered into a partnership with colleague Jacques Maurice who had also been involved at the local cooperative. Certified Organic.
