Sourced from the esteemed Piri Natural and Andi Mann (with a touch of Swan's own magic), these grapes fermented solo before being united in a dazzling display of flavor. Grapes 40% Regent, 30% Pinot Gris and 30% Riesling

ABV: 10.5%

The Story: Jasmin Swan, the dynamic force behind Katla Wines, pours her passion for organic viticulture and ethical practices into her négociant project in Woellstein. Beyond her meticulous work in the vineyards, including her own small Mosel plot, Jas champions drag and trans rights, boldly expressing this through her vibrant "Drag-nat" line of Pet-Nats. Crafted with meticulous attention, the Riesling grapes were direct-pressed, while Regent (5 days) and Pinot Gris (14 days) benefited from semi-carbonic maceration. These individually processed grapes, sourced from Piri Naturel (Nahe) and Jas Swan's Rheinhessen vineyard at Andi Mann, were then blended and aged in stainless steel to create the final wine.

Personality: Fresh, fine bubbles, with notes of lingonberry, dark bramble and violets, this wine has a refreshing zest, daring you to expect the unexpected. It's the life of the party with a sophisticated, slightly rebellious edge.
