The Story: Star of Bugey AOC, Véronique Antoine created her farm in 2005 with 6 acres of vines. Today her farm has 2 hectares 6 and is located in the village of Rignat on the commune of Bohas-Meyriat-Rignat (Revermont). I addition to this banger, she makes a sparkling white wine in ancestral method "Sous les vignes" with the grape variety Jacquére and a red wine "En Beran" matured in jars with the grape variety Mondeuse. A small herd of Ouessant sheep graze the vines during the winter, thus limiting the growth of grass, while fertilizing and working the soil. Her vineyards are certified organic.
Personality: Bright neon pink.. Bubbles of fine-grained form small but persistent chains. Explosions of juicy fruit hit the palette and pleasure emerges from the brain lobes. This wine is semi-sweet, but embrace it! You won’t regret it.
Harmony: Sea urchin, holiday cookies, sweets of all kinds, also a fabulous brunch wine
