She is a certified Spanish Wine Scholar, Italian Wine Scholar from the Wine Scholar Guild and WSET Level 3. Diana is a wine educator at The Wine & Spirit Archive in Portland. With the launch of Augustina Cellars in 2019, she began making her own wine specializing in Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese grape varietals.
Personality: A crisp white full of tropical aromatics, and dazzling vitality.
Harmony: Filipino anyone? Try puffed Hominy Ukoy - shrimp and spring vegetable fritters with coconut and toyomansi dipping sauce, or seared scallops with a citrus-infused butter sauce, garnished with toasted almonds could do the trick, how about roast chicken with fragrant herbs like thyme or rosemary?
